• Medical-grade wigs and cranial units are non-returnable once worn or opened (for hygiene reasons).
• Defective items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
• Consultation and fitting fees are non-refundable.
• Custom or insurance orders cannot be refunded once production starts.
